Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping charge of ₹99.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days for metro cities and 7–10 business days for other locations. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available at an additional charge of ₹199.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Packaging
All sarees are folded in tissue paper and packed in branded boxes. Jewellery items are secured in individual pouches. We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange unused products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Silk sarees and customised products are non-returnable. To initiate a return, contact us at 8777054010 or info@bineetacollection.com.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. COD orders receive refunds via bank transfer or store credit.
